Hi, I'm Emily

I have five years of experience leading group fitness sessions and three years working one-to-one as a personal trainer. My background is in Musical Theatre — which gave me a deep understanding of the body, movement, and the importance of physical and mental wellbeing long before I became a coach.

I work with clients of all fitness levels, from complete beginners to those looking to push their performance further. I specialise in weight loss, strength development, mobility and flexibility, and improving balance.

How I coach

Assess first

Before any programme is written, we look at your movement, history, schedule, and goals. Guessing wastes time — understanding gets results.

Build the base

The fundamentals — progressive overload, sleep, nutrition basics — matter more than any trending technique. We get those right first.

Adapt constantly

Life changes. Your programme should too. Every session is reviewed and adjusted. If something isn't working, we change it — not next month, now.

Make it permanent

The measure of good coaching is what you do when the programme ends. Every client leaves with the knowledge to maintain their results independently.
